Ohio High School Basketball - Lakewood can't hold off Northridge

Northridge Vikings (Johnstown, OH) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Lakewood Lancers (Hebron, OH), 57-51 in a league match.

With the victory, Northridge advances its record to 8-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to Watkins Memorial (Pataskala, OH) to face the Warriors in a Licking County - Buckeye match on Wednesday, January 22. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 5-10. Watkins Memorial won 40-35 in their recent league match against Licking Valley (Newark, OH)

The Lancers now own a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Licking Heights for a Licking County - Buckeye match on Wednesday, January 22. Lakewood will face a Hornets squad coming off a 40-38 league loss to Licking Valley (Newark, OH). The Hornets record now stands at 5-8.
