The Pine Tree Academy Breakers basketball squad (Freeport, ME), was crushed 81-22 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Valley Cavaliers (Bingham, ME)
With the victory, Valley advances its record to 11-0 on the year. The Cavaliers host Carrabec (North Anson, ME) to meet the Cobras in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Cobras enter the battle with a record of 8-3.
The Breakers now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Islesboro Central for a D South battle on Monday, January 27.
