The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Pinewood Panthers (Los Altos Hills, CA) and the visiting San Ramon Valley Wolves (Danville, CA), observed Pinewood's basketball team edge San Ramon Valley by a margin of 57-52.

The Panthers (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Menlo School (Atherton, CA). The Knights come into the West Bay - Foothill challenge with a 11-3 record. In their last challenge, Menlo School was tipped by Piedmont (Piedmont, CA), 52-33, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolves battle the Francis Parker Lancers (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 20. San Ramon Valley will attempt to better on its 14-3 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 55-51 non-league win over Folsom (Folsom, CA).
