Next, the Knights clash with the Patrick County Cougars (Stuart, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 21. James River will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 1-6 record after their 59-22 non-league loss to Alleghany (Covington, VA).

The Rockets (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA). The Mustangs come into the non-league test with a 6-4 record.
