Arkansas High School Basketball - Sheridan knocked off by Lakeside

The Lakeside Rams basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Sheridan Yellowjackets to 38 in the Rams league triumph on Wednesday.
The Rams now sport a 11-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host McGehee for a 3A Region 8 contest on Friday, January 21. Lakeside will meet a Owls team coming off a 56-27 league win over Harmony Grove (Camden, AR). The Owls record now stands at 8-5.
The Yellowjackets (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hot Springs (Hot Springs, AR). The Trojans enter the 5A South contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Hot Springs was outscored by White Hall (White Hall, AR), 37-28, in a league contest.
