In Wednesday's league outing, the Oxbow Olympians (Bradford, VT) basketball squad beat the visiting Montpelier Solons (Montpelier, VT), by a margin of 48-35.
The Olympians (5-8) will now prepare for their outing against Randolph (Randolph, VT). The Ghosts go into the Capital outing with a 0-9 record. In their last outing, Randolph was beaten by Woodstock (Woodstock, VT), 61-22, in a non-league outing.
The Solons now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Harwood for a Capital outing on Thursday, January 20. Montpelier will clash with a Highlanders squad coming off a 51-35 league win over Peoples Academy (Morrisville, VT). The Highlanders record now stands at 6-9.
