In Thursday's league outing, the Antelope Rams (Wellton, AZ) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Bagdad Sultans (Bagdad, AZ), by a count of 75-49.

The Rams (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against San Pasqual Valley (Winterhaven, CA). The Warriors go into the 1A West outing with a 3-11 record. In their last outing, San Pasqual Valley was crushed by Salome (Salome, AZ), 63-24, in a league outing.

The Sultans now hold a 2-14 record. They play next when they travel to Mayer for a non-league outing on Friday, January 20. Bagdad will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 65-45 league loss to Desert Heights Prep (Glendale, AZ). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-15.
