Duarte Falcons (Duarte, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Azusa Aztecs (Azusa, CA), 70-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Duarte upgrades its record to 8-14 on the season. The Falcons travel to Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA) to play the Dons in a Montview bout on Saturday, January 21. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 15-7. Sierra Vista lost 76-69 in their recent league bout against Workman (City of Industry, CA)

Next up, the Aztecs play the Gladstone Gladiators (Covina, CA) in a Montview bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Azusa will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record.
