Emerald Ridge Jaguars (South Hill, WA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bethel Bison (Spanaway, WA), 82-45 in a league bout.

With the victory, Emerald Ridge upgrades its record to 7-9 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Kentlake (Kent, WA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 4-9. Kentlake won 68-54 in their recent league bout against Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA)

Next up, the Bison play the Graham-Kapowsin Eagles (Graham, WA) in a 4A South Puget Sound - South bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Bethel will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 80-62 non-league win over Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA).
