Maryland High School Basketball - Our Lady of Good Counsel knocked off by Bishop McNamara

The Bishop McNamara Mustangs basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons to 41 in the Mustangs league triumph on Thursday.
The Mustangs now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host George School for a non-league contest on Sunday, January 22. Bishop McNamara will battle a Cougars team coming off a 72-52 league win over Shipley (Bryn Mawr, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 15-3.
The Falcons (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Calvert Hall (Baltimore, MD). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 15-9 record. In their last contest, Calvert Hall ran past Glenelg Country (Ellicott City, MD), 47-36, in a league contest.
