Alabama High School Basketball - Kinston can't hold off Brantley

The Brantley Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Kinston Bulldogs to 52 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland Home for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Brantley will battle a Flying Squadron team coming off a 57-48 league win over Luverne (Luverne, AL). The Flying Squadron record now stands at 10-5.
The Bulldogs (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Opp (Opp, AL). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Opp nudged New Brockton (New Brockton, AL), 70-54, in a league contest.
