North Carolina High School Basketball - Jordan-Matthews trounced by Chatham Central

In Thursday's league match, the host Chatham Central Bears basketball team scored a decisive 67-42 triumph over the Jordan-Matthews Jets.

In their next game, the Bears meet the Graham Red Devils (Graham, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 14 match, on Friday, January 20. Chatham Central will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Red Devils enter the match with a 3-11 record after their 100-66 league loss to Cummings (Burlington, NC).

With the defeat, Jordan-Matthews moves to 1-12 on the year. The Jets travel to North Moore (Robbins, NC) to meet the Mustangs in a 1A/2A Conference 14 match on Friday, January 20.
