The Coram Deo Academy Lions (Plano, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Dallas Lutheran Lions (Dallas, TX), 60-59 in Thursday's league test.
The Lions (9-12) will now prepare for their test against Lucas Christian Academy (Lucas, TX). The Warriors go into the TAPPS 3A District 2 test with a 12-12 record. In their last test, Lucas Christian Academy got by Cornerstone Christian Academy (McKinney, TX), 72-26, in a league test.
The Lions now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lakehill Prep for a TAPPS 3A District 2 test on Tuesday, January 24. Dallas Lutheran will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 59-43 league win over Lone Star North (Gainesville, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 8-13.
