The Country Christian Cougars (Molalla, OR) basketball crushed the visiting North Clackamas Christian Saints (Oregon City, OR), 50-28 in Thursday's league test.

The Cougars (10-4) will now prepare for their test against St. Stephen's Academy (Beaverton, OR). The go into the 1A Valley 10 test with a 2-11 record. In their last test, St. Stephen's Academy walloped Lewis Academy (Newberg, OR), 50-35, in a non-league test.

The Saints now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Crosshill Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. North Clackamas Christian will meet a Eagles team coming off a 61-19 league win over Oregon School for the Deaf (Salem, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 12-3.
