Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Wilkes-Barre knocked off by Crestwood

The Crestwood Comets basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Wilkes-Barre to 42 in the Comets league triumph on Thursday.
The Comets now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wyoming Valley West for a Wyoming Valley 1 contest on Saturday, January 21. Crestwood will battle a Spartans team coming off a 44-25 league loss to Pittston (Pittston, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 2-12.
The (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Dallas (Dallas, PA). The Mountaineers enter the Wyoming Valley 1 contest with a 13-1 record. In their last contest, Dallas ran past Hazleton Area (Hazleton, PA), 59-37, in a league contest.
