New Jersey High School Basketball - East Side can't hold off Immaculate Conception

The Immaculate Conception Lions basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting East Side Red Raiders to 63 in the Lions league victory on Thursday.
The Lions now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seton Hall Prep for a Super Essex - American contest on Saturday, January 21. Immaculate Conception will battle a Pirates team coming off a 56-52 league win over East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ). The Pirates record now stands at 12-1.
The Red Raiders (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Trenton Catholic Academy (Trenton, NJ). The come into the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Trenton Catholic Academy edged Notre Dame (Lawrenceville, NJ), 54-48, in a non-league contest.
