Florida High School Basketball - Gadsden County tipped by St. John Paul II

January 19, 2023: Tallahassee, FL 32311

In Thursday's non-league match, the host St. John Paul II Panthers basketball team scored a tight 65-64 triumph over the Gadsden County Jaguars.

In their next game, the Panthers meet the Leon Lions (Tallahassee, FL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 21. St. John Paul II will attempt to better on its 10-8 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 6-12 record after their 56-53 league loss to Chiles (Tallahassee, FL).

With the defeat, Gadsden County moves to 4-10 on the year. The Jaguars host Godby (Tallahassee, FL) to meet the Cougars in a 4A District 2 match on Friday, January 20. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 9-10. Godby lost 57-49 in their recent non-league match against Madison County (Madison, FL)
