The Ingomar Falcons (New Albany, MS) basketball crushed the host Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles (Belden, MS), 84-38 in Thursday's league test.
The Falcons (13-10) will now prepare for their test against Smithville (Smithville, MS). The Seminoles go into the 1A Region 2 test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Smithville walloped Tremont (Tremont, MS), 63-58, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to Ingomar for a 1A Region 2 test on Monday, January 23. Tupelo Christian Prep will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 81-65 non-league win over Mantachie (Mantachie, MS). The Falcons record now stands at 15-10.
