Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Spring Grove Lions (Spring Grove, MN) and the visiting Lanesboro Burros (Lanesboro, MN), saw Spring Grove's basketball squad knock off Lanesboro by a count of 60-46.

With the victory, Spring Grove upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN) to play the Knights in a A Section 1 challenge on Monday, January 23. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 3-8.

Next up, the Burros play the Schaeffer Academy Lions (Rochester, MN) in a A Section 1 challenge, on Saturday, January 21. Lanesboro will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record.
