Madison Dodgers (Madison, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Mountain Lakes Lakers (Mountain Lakes, NJ), 51-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Madison upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Dodgers host Dayton (Springfield, NJ) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Dayton won 61-53 in their recent league bout against Roselle Park (Roselle Park, NJ)
Next up, the Lakers play the Kinnelon Colts (Kinnelon, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Mountain Lakes will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Colts go into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 49-34 non-league loss to Dover (Dover, NJ).
