The Round Valley Elks basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host Many Farms Lobos to 12 in the Elks league victory on Thursday.

The Elks now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blue Ridge for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Round Valley will battle a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 43-35 league loss to Payson (Payson, AZ). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 11-6.

The Lobos (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Valley (Sanders, AZ). The Pirates come into the 2A North contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Valley was routed by Pinon (Pinon, AZ), 78-47, in a league contest.
