The Middletown North Lions basketball team (Middletown, NJ), was overwhelmed 70-49 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Red Bank Catholic Caseys (Red Bank, NJ)
The Caseys now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marlboro for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21. Red Bank Catholic will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 58-56 league loss to Manalapan (Englishtown, NJ). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-6.
The Lions (3-10) will now prepare for their battle against Ocean Township (Oakhurst, NJ). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 10-4 record.
