The West Morris Central Wolfpack (Chester, NJ) basketball felled the host Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ), 66-55 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wolfpack (13-1) will now prepare for their test against Delaware Valley (Frenchtown, NJ). The Terriers go into the non-league test with a 12-3 record. In their last test, Delaware Valley thwarted South Hunterdon (Lambertville, NJ), 67-55, in a league test.
The now own a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westfield for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Pope John XXIII will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 52-50 non-league loss to Elizabeth (Elizabeth, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 9-5.
