The Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Knightdale Knights (Knightdale, NC), 67-22 in Thursday's league test.
The Wolverines (12-6) will now prepare for their test against Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Crusaders go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Cardinal Gibbons walloped Clayton (Clayton, NC), 63-61, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Clayton for a non-league test on Monday, January 23. Knightdale will encounter a Comets squad coming off a 63-60 non-league loss to GRACE Christian (Raleigh, NC). The Comets record now stands at 5-7.
