Ben Lomond Scots (Ogden, UT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Ogden Tigers (Ogden, UT), 49-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, Ben Lomond upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Scots travel to South Summit (Kamas, UT) to play the Wildcats in a 3A Region 13 bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 2-14. South Summit lost 70-33 in their recent league bout against Grantsville (Grantsville, UT)

Next up, the Tigers play the Morgan Trojans (Morgan, UT) in a 3A Region 13 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Ogden will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 12-5 record after their 63-61 league win over Layton Christian Academy (Layton, UT).
