California High School Basketball - Bishop Montgomery tops St. Anthony

Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA), 70-59 in a league bout.
With the victory, Bishop Montgomery upgrades its record to 17-6 on the campaign. The Knights host St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA) to play the Swordsmen in a Del Rey bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Swordsmen come into the bout with a record of 14-10. St. Paul lost 47-44 in their recent league bout against La Salle (Pasadena, CA)
Next up, the Saints play the Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA) in a Del Rey bout, on Tuesday, January 24. St. Anthony will attempt to upgrade on its 10-14 season record. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a 2-18 record after their 71-24 league loss to Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA).
