Nebraska High School Basketball - Boys Town overwhelmed by Omaha Christian Academy

The Omaha Christian Academy Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Boys Town Cowboys to 25 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to College View Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Omaha Christian Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 59-33 non-league loss to Nebraska Lutheran (Waco, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 3-8.

The Cowboys (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas County West (Valley, NE). The Falcon come into the C1 District 3 contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Douglas County West triumphed over Louisville (Louisville, NE), 68-26, in a non-league contest.
