California High School Basketball - Rio Mesa ripped by Buena

The Buena Bulldogs basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Rio Mesa Spartans to 23 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pacifica for a Channel contest on Saturday, January 21. Buena will battle a Tritons team coming off a 50-40 league win over Oxnard (Oxnard, CA). The Tritons record now stands at 13-6.
The Spartans (8-15) will now prepare for their contest against Ventura (Ventura, CA). The Cougars enter the Channel contest with a 14-8 record. In their last contest, Ventura triumphed over San Marcos (Santa Barbara, CA), 53-40, in a league contest.
