The Richfield Wildcats routed the host Canyon View Falcons basketball team by a final score of 65-39 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Carbon Dinos (Price, UT) in a 3A Region 12 game, on Thursday, January 26. Richfield will attempt to move on its 16-2 season record. The Dinos enter the game with a 12-4 record after their 54-45 league win over Emery (Castle Dale, UT).

With the defeat, Canyon View moves to 11-6 on the year. The Falcons travel to Emery (Castle Dale, UT) to face the Spartans in a 3A Region 12 game on Friday, January 27. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 9-7. Emery lost 54-45 in their recent league game against Carbon (Price, UT)
