California High School Basketball - Watsonville can't hold off Carmel

The Watsonville Wildcatz basketball team (Watsonville, CA), was nudged 37-32 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Carmel Padres (Carmel, CA)
The Padres now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salinas for a PCAL - Gabilan battle on Monday, January 23. Carmel will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 47-38 league loss to North Salinas (Salinas, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 6-6.
The Wildcatz (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Alisal (Salinas, CA). The Trojans come into the PCAL - Gabilan battle with a 11-4 record. In their last battle, Alisal was nudged by Hollister (Hollister, CA), 77-76, in a league battle.
