The Routt Catholic Rockets basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Carrollton Hawks to 37 in the Rockets league triumph on Thursday.

The Rockets now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maryville Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Routt Catholic will battle a Lions team coming off a 52-29 non-league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, IL). The Lions record now stands at 4-12.

The Hawks (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lincolnwood (Raymond, IL). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 7-15 record. In their last contest, Lincolnwood ran past Ramsey (Ramsey, IL), 48-27, in a non-league contest.
