Ohio High School Basketball - Horizon Science Academy edges Cristo Rey

The Horizon Science Academy Hawks (Columbus, OH) basketball nipped the host Cristo Rey Cougar (Columbus, OH), 37-35 in Thursday's league test.

The Hawks (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Marion-Franklin (Columbus, OH). The Red Devils go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record.

The Cougar now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Meadowdale for a non-league test on Saturday, January 21. Cristo Rey will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 58-54 league win over Ponitz Career Tech (Dayton, OH). The Lions record now stands at 11-2.
