The Gateway Charter Griffins (Fort Myers, FL) basketball crushed the visiting East Lee County Jaguars (Lehigh Acres, FL), 62-28 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Griffins (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Imagine School at North Port (North Port, FL). The Sharks go into the non-league test with a 5-12 record. In their last test, Imagine School at North Port was trounced by Oasis (Cape Coral, FL), 38-29, in a non-league test.
The Jaguars now own a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Island Coast for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24. East Lee County will encounter a Gators squad coming off a 59-21 non-league loss to Ida Baker (Cape Coral, FL). The Gators record now stands at 4-12.
