Maywood CES Wolfpack (Maywood, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Elizabeth Bulldogs (Cudahy, CA), 55-11 in a league bout.

With the win, Maywood CES upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Wolfpack host Marquez (Huntington Park, CA) to clash with the Gladiators in a Southern bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Gladiators go into the bout with a record of 15-8. Marquez won 57-26 in their recent league bout against Maywood Academy (Maywood, CA)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Bravo Knights (Los Angeles, CA) in a Southern bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Elizabeth will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 12-5 record after their 59-18 league win over Torres (Los Angeles, CA).
