Hackettstown Tigers (Hackettstown, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host North Warren Regional Patriots (Blairstown, NJ), 56-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hackettstown upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Academy of St. Elizabeth (Convent Station, NJ) to clash with the Panthers in a Northwest Jersey - Independence bout on Saturday, January 21. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Academy of St. Elizabeth won 45-12 in their recent league bout against Dover (Dover, NJ)

Next up, the Patriots clash with the Veritas Christian Academy (Sparta, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 20. North Warren Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The go into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 45-29 league win over American Christian School (Wharton, NJ).
