The Harvard Ellis Tech Eagles basketball team (Killingly, CT), was nudged 35-34 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Tourtellotte Tigers (North Grosvenordale, CT)
The Tigers now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plainfield for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 24. Tourtellotte will battle a Panthers team coming off a 41-31 league loss to Windham (Willimantic, CT). The Panthers record now stands at 5-7.
The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT). The Hawks come into the Connecticut Technical battle with a 3-6 record.
