Kenowa Hills Knights (Grand Rapids, MI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Thornapple Kellogg Trojans (Middleville, MI), 41-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, Kenowa Hills upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Cedar Springs (Cedar Springs, MI) to play the Red Hawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Red Hawks come into the bout with a record of 1-10. Cedar Springs lost 61-20 in their recent league bout against Forest Hills Eastern (Ada, MI)

Next up, the Trojans play the Covenant Christian Chargers (Grand Rapids, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Thornapple Kellogg will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Chargers come into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 55-49 non-league loss to Kent City (Kent City, MI).
