Lakin Broncs (Lakin, KS) supporters were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Stanton County Trojans (Johnson, KS), 46-30 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, Lakin improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Broncs travel to Syracuse (Syracuse, KS) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 3-7.

Next up, the Trojans play the Syracuse Bulldogs (Syracuse, KS) in a Hi-Plains challenge, on Friday, January 27. Stanton County will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record.
