In Thursday's non-league outing, the Little Snake River Rattlers (Baggs, WY) basketball squad nipped the host Rangely Panthers (Rangely, CO), by a margin of 37-36.
The Rattlers (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Farson-Eden (Farson, WY). The Pronghorns go into the 1A Southwest outing with a 1-8 record. In their last outing, Farson-Eden was tipped by Saratoga (Saratoga, WY), 53-29, in a league outing.
The Panthers now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they host North Park for a 2A/1A Western Slope outing on Saturday, January 21. Rangely will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 53-35 non-league loss to West Grand (Kremmling, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-6.
