High School Basketball - Varsity Opponent trounces New York School for the Deaf

The Varsity Opponent (, ) basketball crushed the visiting New York School for the Deaf Golden Tornadoes (White Plains, NY), 43-15 in Thursday's league test.
The (104-314) will now prepare for their test against Pittsfield (Pittsfield, IL). The Saukees go into the non-league test with a 14-10 record. In their last test, Pittsfield was trounced by Mendon Unity (Mendon, IL), 59-27, in a league test.
The Golden Tornadoes now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Marie Philip for a non-league test on Friday, January 20. New York School for the Deaf will encounter a Galloping Ghosts squad coming off a 31-26 league win over International School of Boston (Cambridge, MA). The Galloping Ghosts record now stands at 13-4.
