The Troy Trojans (Troy, ID) basketball knocked off the visiting St. Maries Lumberjacks (St. Maries, ID), 56-39 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Trojans (2-10) will now prepare for their test against Prairie (Cottonwood, ID). The Pirates go into the 1A I White Pine test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, Prairie notched a victory over Kamiah (Kamiah, ID), 53-38, in a league test.
The Lumberjacks now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Genesis Prep Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, January 21. St. Maries will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 51-26 league loss to Wallace (Wallace, ID). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-5.
