The Wichita County Indians routed the visiting Sublette Larks basketball team by a final score of 54-24 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Indians face the Ulysses Tigers (Ulysses, KS) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 24. Wichita County will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 0-11 record after their 29-25 non-league loss to Lamar (Lamar, CO).

With the defeat, Sublette moves to 2-7 on the year. The Larks travel to Southwestern Heights (Kismet, KS) to face the Mustangs in a Hi-Plains game on Friday, January 27. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 3-10. Southwestern Heights lost 38-31 in their recent non-league game against Syracuse (Syracuse, KS)
