The Palo Verde Panthers (Las Vegas, NV) basketball crushed the host Cheyenne Desert Shields (North Las Vegas, NV), 52-24 in Thursday's league test.
The Panthers (10-0) will now prepare for their test against Sunrise Mountain (Las Vegas, NV). The Miners go into the test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Sunrise Mountain walloped Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV), 42-30, in a league test.
The Desert Shields now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Western for a test on Monday, January 23.
