The Carroll County Cavaliers (Hillsville, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA), 59-42 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Cavaliers (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Glenvar (Salem, VA). The Highlanders go into the non-league test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Glenvar went down by Radford (Radford, VA), 35-19, in a non-league test.
The Pioneers now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Giles for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24.
