The Cave Spring Knights basketball team (Roanoke, VA), dropped 52-39 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Northside Vikings (Roanoke, VA)
The Vikings now possess a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. Northside will battle a Eagles team coming off a 59-56 non-league loss to Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-10.
The Knights (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA). The Bruins come into the non-league battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Blacksburg prevailed over Pulaski County (Dublin, VA), 42-40, in a non-league battle.
