In Thursday's non-league outing, the Hapeville Charter Hornets (Atlanta, GA) basketball squad edged the host HOPE Christian Academy Lions (Jonesboro, GA), by a count of 34-31.
The Hornets (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Washington (Atlanta, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 4-8 record. In their last outing, Washington held off Walker (Marietta, GA), 55-46, in a non-league outing.
