The Aquinas Blugolds basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Lena Wildcats to 45 in the Blugolds non-league triumph on Friday.

The Blugolds now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bangor for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Aquinas will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 75-53 league loss to Cashton (Cashton, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-4.

The Wildcats (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Saint Thomas Aquinas (Marinette, WI). The Cavaliers enter the Marinette & Oconto contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Saint Thomas Aquinas was routed by Gillett (Gillett, WI), 88-43, in a league contest.
