With the victory, Triangle Math & Science improves its record to 4-12 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC) to confront the Grizzlies in a 1A Central Tar Heel challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 5-11. Clover Garden School lost 53-41 in their recent league challenge against Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC)

Next up, the Aviators confront the Chatham Charter Knights (Siler City, NC) in a 1A Central Tar Heel challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Ascend Leadership will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 53-42 league win over River Mill (Graham, NC).
