The Northwood Timberwolves (Irvine, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Beckman Patriots (Irvine, CA), 78-68 in Friday's league test.
The Timberwolves (17-6) will now prepare for their test against Laguna Hills (Laguna Hills, CA). The Hawks go into the Pacific Coast test with a 1-20 record. In their last test, Laguna Hills went down by Irvine (Irvine, CA), 48-34, in a league test.
The Patriots now own a 12-11 record. They play next when they travel to Woodbridge for a Pacific Coast test on Monday, January 22. Beckman will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 48-44 league loss to Sage Hill (Newport Beach, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 14-8.
