The Empire Bulldogs basketball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Bray-Doyle Donkeys to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ryan for a Southern Eight contest on Saturday, January 20. Empire will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 73-48 league win over Waurika (Waurika, OK). The Cowboys record now stands at 10-6.
The Donkeys (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Cement (Cement, OK). The Bulldogs come into the Freelance contest with a 0-18 record. In their last contest, Cement was nudged by Gracemont (Gracemont, OK), 90-27, in a non-league contest.
